Weight: 206lbs
Chest: 45"
Waist: 40"
Hips: 49"
Thigh: 28"
Upper Arm: 16"
Neck: 13.5"
Calf: 15"
Waist to Hip Ratio: 0.82
Body Fat %: 49%
My first goal is to hit 156. That would be 50lbs lost. I haven't been in the 150's since I was 16.
